1. WHAT IS THE TIME DURATION FOR THE REPLY TO THE EMAIL?

We respond to emails within 24-48 hours. Please include your name, contact number, and order number in the email message to avoid delays.

2. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER THOUGH IT SHOWS IT WAS DELIVERED.

WHAT DO I DO? Due to bad weather or heavy shipping volume, packages shipped through the economy class service may be delayed. Please allow us 10-15 business days after shipment for delivery. Please reach out to our Customer Care if further assistance is required. 

3. CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED tO A HOTEL?

We will ship orders to valid addresses only. If an order is received at the address you provided, you must pay for postage. We cannot make alterations to delivery addresses after the order shall be processed.

4. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Cash on Delivery, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, etc.

5. HOW CAN I PURCHASE THE GIFT CARD?

E-Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. E-Gift Cards have no extra processing fee. Gift Cards cannot be refunded or canceled after purchase. E-Gift Cards can take up to 24 hours to be processed and sent to the purchaser through email. The purchasing customer may then send the E-gift card to the recipient.
